You’ll be the person behind the dashboards, automations, reporting, AI tools, and backend systems that power the entire company. Your Role

Data & Automations Builder

Your job is simple: build, automate, and streamline the systems that keep the company operating at scale.

You’ll design automations across Make.com, Zapier, APIs, custom endpoints, and internal tools. You’ll create dashboards, study performance metrics, analyze patterns, and build AI-powered tools that eliminate manual work and increase team capacity.

You’re not just connecting apps — you’re building the intelligence layer behind every department.

You’ll be expected to bring curiosity, precision, speed, and problem-solving. If something breaks, you fix it. If something is unclear, you map it. If something is slow, you automate it.

Requirements

Automation Architecture & Workflow Design

Build automations that eliminate manual work and streamline operations.

You’ll create workflows inside Make.com, Zapier, APIs, and internal tools. You need to understand routing, logic, triggers, data flows, and how to build systems that scale cleanly without collapsing.

Data Tracking, Reporting & Live Dashboards

You must know how to turn data into clarity — fast.

This role requires more than spreadsheets. You’ll build dashboards, tracking systems, performance reports, and analytics pages the team uses daily. If you only think like a coder and not like an operator, this won’t be your environment.

AI Tool Creation & Operational Optimization

You’ll develop AI tools that improve workflows and upgrade company performance.

You should understand how to integrate AI into systems, automate processes, and build intelligent tools that make the team faster, smarter, and more efficient. We want someone who gets excited by innovation, not intimidated.
