Job Summary

If you could see yourself becoming a COO or Executive… you're probably a good fit.

We’re building a fast, sharp, in-person team in Orange County. This is not a slow, corporate environment. This is an operating system. We move fast. We value excellence, clarity, and structure that actually supports growth — not just “basic admin work.”

You’ll be supporting the CEO across strategy, operations, hiring, communication, scheduling, and major initiatives. You’ll be in meetings, on calls, preparing documents, coordinating projects, and keeping the CEO focused on what actually drives results. If you enjoy high responsibility, fast execution, and solving problems on the fly — you’ll thrive here.

If you need constant direction, if you get overwhelmed easily, or if you’re looking for a cushy, clock-in-clock-out job, this is not for you.

Your Role

Executive Assistant to the CEO

Your job is simple: multiply the CEO’s capacity through organization, communication, and operational support.

You’ll manage the inbox, calendar, meetings, priorities, follow-ups, and schedules. You’ll work closely with the CEO on projects, hiring processes, contracts, partnerships, and company expansion.

You’re not just assisting — you’re enabling the CEO to operate at a higher level, make better decisions, move faster, and lead the company without getting buried in details.

You’ll be expected to bring maturity, awareness, initiative, and structure. If something is broken, you fix it. If something is unclear, you get clarity. If something is slipping, you catch it and close the loop.

Ideal

Candidate

High emotional intelligence and strong communication

Organized, structured, and calm under pressure

Understands operations, efficiency, and supporting leadership

Obsessed with improving systems and leveling up

Strong follow-through and confident decision-making

Can adapt quickly to new tools, environments, and responsibilities

Requirements

High-Level Executive Support & Operations

Support scheduling, communication, project coordination, and high-level priorities.

You’ll assist with meetings, contracts, follow-ups, logistics, hiring processes, and company initiatives. You need to understand how to support leadership effectively — and how to operate with maturity in fast-moving environments.

Professional Communication & Follow-Through

You must handle communication with clarity, tone, and discretion.

This role requires more than forwarding messages. You need to know how to filter information, keep open loops closed, follow up until completion, and communicate on behalf of leadership. If you only think like an admin and not like an operator, you won’t thrive here.

Logistics, Travel & Daily Coordination

You’ll be responsible for travel, events, scheduling, reservations, and day-to-day planning.

You should understand timing, preparation, organization, and how to make sure the CEO is always ready. We’re not looking for someone who gets flustered — we want someone who stays sharp, steady, and proactive.

What You'll Do

001

You’ll support hiring processes, prepare documents, assist with contracts, manage communication, and help the CEO with major company tasks.

002

You’re expected to keep pace with operations and maintain structure — no excuses, no disappearing.

003

Attend meetings, coordinate updates, keep priorities clear, and ensure important items are never missed.

004

Stay organized, stay prepared, and make sure the CEO’s calendar and workflow stay on track.

005

You proactively seek out better systems, clearer structures, and improved processes to increase efficiency and impact.

You Shouldn't

Apply If

You want an average clock in and out. This role is not “easy.” It’s fast, intense,

and requires an all-in mentality.

You want a part-time gig, remote work, or the freedom to juggle multiple clients.

You need hand-holding, constant reminders, or someone to push you every day.

You’re more interested in simple admin tasks than supporting real company growth.
