Job Summary

We’re not hiring someone to “make graphics.” We’re building a fast, sharp, in-person creative team in Orange County — and we’re looking for the kind of designer who sees the world in compositions, colors, and concepts before their brain even wakes up.

You’ll be designing the aesthetic behind multiple brands: thumbnails, ads, landing pages, merch, brand kits, social graphics, ebooks — everything the world sees. If you obsess over visuals, study creators, break down designs you love, and feel uncomfortable producing anything that’s just “okay” — you’ll thrive here.

If you want a chill design job, if you move slow, or if you’re looking for simple client tasks, this is not for you.

Your Role

Graphic Designer

Your job is simple: shape the visual identity of every brand we manage at a world-class level.

You’ll design thumbnails that pull clicks, ads that convert, landing pages assets that feel premium, merch that people actually want to wear, and brand kits that define the look of fast-growing creators and companies.

You’re not just decorating — you’re building the aesthetic that drives performance, builds brands, and helps scale influence at a rapid pace.

You’ll be expected to bring obsession, creativity, speed, and discipline. If something feels flat, you fix it. If something is unclear, you ask. If something is missing, you create it.

Ideal

Candidate

You study YouTube thumbnails, ad graphics, and brand identities for fun

You love crafting visuals that actually convert, not just look pretty

You understand layout, typography, color, and design psychology

You’re obsessed with improving your craft and leveling up

You can design fast without sacrificing quality

You adapt quickly and move like a creative athlete

Requirements

High-Performance Design Across Multiple Formats

Create visuals that drive attention and performance.

You’ll design thumbnails, ads, landing pages, merch, ebooks, carousels, brand kits, and everything needed to scale brands. You need to understand layout, hierarchy, typography, and how to design for conversion.

Strategic Design for Brand Growth

You must know how to design for impact, not just aesthetics.

This role is about building brands, shaping identity, and creating visuals that retain, convert, and elevate. If you only think like a traditional designer and not like a brand-builder, this won’t be your environment.

Speed, Quality & Creative Execution

You must produce clean, consistent work quickly.

You should understand how to deliver high-quality assets with speed, clarity, and intention. We move fast — your designs have to keep up without falling apart. (Yes, we understand creative process)

What You'll Do

001

You’ll design thumbnails, ads, landing pages, social graphics, merch, ebooks, and complete brand visuals for creators and companies.

002

You’re expected to move fast, deliver consistently, and maintain a high bar — no excuses, no disappearing.

003

Attend daily creative calls to align on branding, campaigns, content, and performance goals.

004

Stay organized, stay ready, and make sure all design deliverables are prepared ahead of schedule.

005

You proactively expand your skills, explore trends, and elevate your design standards every month.

You Shouldn't

Apply If

You want an average clock in and out. This role is not “easy.” It’s fast, intense,

and requires an all-in mentality.

You want part-time work, remote work, or the freedom to juggle multiple clients.

You need hand-holding, constant reminders, or someone managing your energy.

You’re more interested in being “creative” than producing content that performs.
