Job Summary
We’re not hiring someone to “set up automations.” We’re building a fast, sharp, in-person marketing operations team in Orange County — and we’re looking for the kind of operator who can think in funnels, breathe in systems, and feel more comfortable inside dashboards than anywhere else.
You’ll be building and executing the backend strategy behind multi–8-figure funnels. You’ll be deep in funnels, CRM logic, lead scoring, conversion tracking, media buying data, and everything that makes digital revenue actually scale. If you love stitching tools together and building systems that perform — you’ll thrive here.
