Job Summary

We’re not hiring someone to “set up automations.” We’re building a fast, sharp, in-person marketing operations team in Orange County — and we’re looking for the kind of operator who can think in funnels, breathe in systems, and feel more comfortable inside dashboards than anywhere else.


You’ll be building and executing the backend strategy behind multi–8-figure funnels. You’ll be deep in funnels, CRM logic, lead scoring, conversion tracking, media buying data, and everything that makes digital revenue actually scale. Your Role

Marketing Ops Specialist

Your job is simple: help architect and execute the backend systems that generate millions in revenue.

You’ll strategize funnels with the marketing lead, then build them with speed and precision. You’ll work daily inside Framer, HubSpot, Meta Ads, lead scoring tools, automations, tracking platforms, and every technical system that powers high-performance funnels.


You’re not just clicking buttons — you’re building the infrastructure that thousands of customers will move through and that brands will scale on top of.


You’ll be expected to bring curiosity, initiative, speed, and technical sharpness. If something breaks, you fix it. If something is confusing, you map it. If something is missing, you build it.

Automations, Lead Scoring & CRM Systems

You must know how to build systems with intention, not clutter.

This role requires more than random zaps and triggers. You need to understand routing, segmentation, buyer psychology, lead scoring, and CRM automation logic. If you only think like a technician and not like a growth operator, this won’t be your environment. There is definitely space to learn all of this but you need to at least understand the basics.

Tracking, Optimization & Performance Insight

You’ll live in the backend — Meta dashboards, HubSpot data, Hyros tracking, conversion analytics, and testing.

You should know how to read data, spot issues, and fix leaks. We’re not looking for someone who gets overwhelmed — we want someone who gets energized by complexity.
