Job Summary
We’re building a fast, sharp, in-person product team in Orange County — and we’re looking for someone who can help create, launch, and scale digital products that impact thousands and generate multi–7 to 8 figures.
You’ll help build products, communities, coaching programs, customer experiences, and internal systems that make our offers world-class. If you love turning ideas into structured products, organizing chaos, and leading teams toward excellence — you’ll thrive here.
If you want a simple project role, avoid pressure, or want to “just manage tasks,” this is not for you.

If you want a simple project role, avoid pressure, or want to “just manage tasks,” this is not for you.
You'll be able to say "I helped design & launch 7-8 figure digital products"
Your Role
Product Manager
Your job is simple: build and manage products that change people’s lives and drive massive revenue.
You’ll help structure digital programs, manage launches, oversee customer support teams, build internal systems, and coordinate every moving piece behind product success. You’ll work directly with leadership to bring new ideas to life at scale.
You’re not just managing — you’re shaping the quality, experience, and long-term success of every major product we release.
You’ll be expected to bring clarity, leadership, structure, and execution. If something is messy, you organize it. If something is unclear, you map it. If something is failing, you fix it.
Ideal
Candidate
You love building products people rave about
You understand customer experience, operations, and digital learning
You study top-tier programs, communities, and coaching models
You’re obsessed with improving systems and leveling up
You know how to manage teams and move projects to completion
You adapt quickly, think strategically, and execute like a builder
Requirements
Digital Product Creation & Program Architecture
Build programs that deliver results and scale smoothly.
You’ll help create courses, communities, coaching offers, and digital products that serve thousands of customers. You must understand how to organize curriculum, structure learning paths, and build experiences that feel premium.
Customer Experience, Support & Quality Control
You must know how to design and maintain 5-star experiences.
This role requires more than responding to support tickets. You’ll manage teams, refine systems, track customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and ensure every product feels world-class. If you only think like an admin and not like a product leader, this won’t be your environment.
Launch Coordination & Operations
You’ll help manage launch execution, support workflows, product updates, and internal operations.
You should understand how to coordinate teams, manage deadlines, optimize processes, and spot problems before they hit customers. We want someone who thrives in momentum, not someone who avoids it.
What You'll Do
001
You’ll build programs, coordinate launches, manage customer experience, and support the creation of 7–8 figure products.
002
You’re expected to move fast, execute cleanly, and maintain high standards — no excuses, no disappearing.
003
Attend product calls, align with leadership, and ensure the entire experience runs smoothly from idea to delivery.
004
Stay organized, stay ahead, and make sure every product, update, and customer system operates properly.
005
You proactively improve products, upgrade processes, and raise the standard of the entire product ecosystem.

You Shouldn't
Apply If
You want an average clock in and out. This role is not “easy.” It’s fast, intense,
and requires an all-in mentality.
You want part-time work, remote work, or the freedom to juggle multiple clients.
You need hand-holding, constant reminders, or someone managing your energy.
You’re more interested in light admin tasks than building products at scale.
