Job Summary

We’re not hiring a camera holder. We’re building a fast, sharp, in-person creative team in Orange County — and we’re looking for the kind of videographer who thinks in story, breathes in angles, and feels more comfortable behind a lens than anywhere else.


You’ll be capturing moments that actually matter. You’ll be on shoots, in studios, traveling with the team, and filming the type of content that grows brands, moves audiences, and reaches millions. If you love late-night edits because you’re obsessed with your craft — you’ll thrive here.


If you want a slow, easy 9–5, if you treat filming like a hobby, or if you’re looking for simple “client work,” this is not for you.

Your Role

Videographer & Editor

Your job is simple: help scale multiple brands by producing content so good it can’t be ignored.

You’ll film ads, VSLs, long-form, short-form, story-driven content, and everything in between. You’ll work closely with the CEO and creative team to map out how brands grow — and then you’ll create the content that makes it happen.


You’re not just pressing record — you’re building influence, helping scale massive personalities, and producing work that has to perform, not just look good.


You’ll be expected to bring obsession, ideas, speed, and discipline. If something is boring, you make it cinematic. If something is unclear, you ask. If something is missing, you create it.

You’ll shoot ads, interviews, YouTube videos, behind-the-scenes moments, VSLs, programs, and anything that helps scale a brand. You need to understand framing, lighting, audio, motion, and how to make a story land.

Strategic Filming for Marketing

You must know how to film for impact, not just aesthetics.

This role is about scaling brands, building influence, and creating content that retains, converts, and spreads. If you only think like a filmmaker and not like a brand-builder, this won’t be your environment.

Solid Editing Ability

You don’t need to be our main editor, but you must be able to deliver fast, clean, intentional edits.

You should understand pacing, storytelling, color basics, audio, and how to produce a usable rough cut quickly. We move fast — your work has to keep up.
